- 12 The Annual Subscription is payable in advance and is due:
- in the case of a new Member within 21 days of notification from the Committee that her application to become a Member has been approved by the Committee;
- subject to (c) below, in the case of existing Members on 1 January of every year and unless the Annual Subscription is paid within 21 days after that date the Member shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Association unless in respect of such Member the Committee have waived the appropriate Annual Subscription or extended time for payment of the Annual Subscription;
- 13 A 50% reduction in the Annual Subscription amount will be made for new Members joining on or after 1 July in each year but no refund of all or any part of her Annual Subscription paid will be made to a Member who withdraws from the Association or whose Membership is terminated for any reason.
