- 31 Unless otherwise determined by resolution of the Members, the number of Members serving on the Committee shall not be subject to any maximum but shall be not less than four.
- 32 The Committee shall initially consist of the Original Committee listed in Schedule 1 and thereafter, the Committee Members must be elected or re-elected at the annual general meeting in each year, and, subject to termination of office by resignation, removal or otherwise, the Committee Members shall remain in office until their successors are elected at the annual or a specific general meeting following their election.
