Women in construction - an improved working environment

I, Miss Meghana S Vajani, am a student at the University of Greenwich pursuing my MSc Construction Management. In the final step to my Masters I am working on my dissertation which is Women in Construction - An Improved Working Environment.

The dissertation aims to examine women's experiences of working in the construction industry and introduces suggestions for specific measures which could be taken into account to improve the representation, retention and progress of women in the construction industry. My hypothesis is as follows: There are currently few women working in construction and increasing the number of women could lead to general improvement in the way the construction industry operates and its associated environment.

I would be grateful if I could have your views and thoughts on the same through an interview. Appreciate your input on the same through the questionnaire attached, which can be returned by email to Miss Meghana S Vajani at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
