PPP Contracts

2010 kicked off with an event hosted by Dublin Docklands Development Authority at their offices on the Quays on PPP Contracts. The event was chaired by Elizabeth Wheeler of the DDDA. Colm Fanning from McCann Fitzgerald solicitors spoke on the legal aspects of PPP contracts. Grainne Wolfe of Arup spoke on the technical aspects of a PPP contract and John Paul Corkery from the National Development Finance Authority spoke on the financial aspects of a PPP contract. The event was well attended with over 50 people and we retired afterwards to Ely Wine Bar where Michael Punch and Partners kindly hosted us to a drinks reception.
