Introduction to Project Management

At the end of March 2009, Erin Karsten, our London and Southeast Representative hosted and presented an Introduction to Project Management providing an overview of the three cornerstones or constraints of project management: schedule – scope – cost. The presentation and discussion was held at Jones Lang LaSalle’s offices at Hanover Square in London over wine and nibbles. The discussion lasted an hour longer than the event was originally planned for as most of those who attended came from other areas of discipline and found it very helpful to get a better understanding of the issues that project managers faced on their construction projects. It also provided tools and resources for those to apply to their own project related wok.
