The Convention Centre Dublin

This was the first of the 2009 Summer site visits in Dublin. Spencer Dock Development Company who were behind this development hosted us on site along with Sisk. Members were given the opportunity to go on to the site of this magnificent structure consisting of a seven storey atrium overlooking Dublin Bay and the Dublin mountains. The venue hosts anything from 7 to 7,000 people. The capacity for the visit was 40 people and it was hugely oversubscribed. Drinks were hosted aferwards by McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors on the Cill Airne, a floating pub on the River Liffey. It was a glorious summers evening and members thoroughly enjoyed the ocasion.
