Grand Canal Theatre Dublin

The second of the 2009 Summer site visits in Dublin took us to visit site of the magnificent Daniel Libiskind designed Grand Canal Theatre, a brand new 2000 seater theatre. Lafferty Project Management kindly hosted us on this visit. It was fantastic to get a glimpse of the back stage and the incredible eaves of this super new venue. This event was massively oversubscribed reflecting the unique opportunity offered to NAWIC members to visit sites such as this one. Afterwards we retired across the road to Ely Wine Bar where Mason Hayes + Curran hosted us to a super wine and finger food reception. Once again another great night was had by all attendees.
