The Construction Contracts Bill and a new cashflow culture
The Adjudication Society is hosting its first seminar in Dublin. Minister Brian Hayes is the Keynote Speaker. Minister Hayes has responsibility for the Construction Contracts Bill which is currently before the dail. The conference will be chaired by Tom Parlon, Director General of the Construciton Industry Federation and the after lunch speaker is Senator Feargal Quinn, who introduced the bill into the Senate.
The seminar will be provided by a line up of speakers from Ireland and the UK who have experience dealing with adjudication and will give practical insight into how adjudication will impact construction disputes once it is introduced into Irish law.
