Spirit of Ireland

We were hosted by William Fry Solicitors at their offices in Dublin to a presentation by "Spirit of Ireland". This is a group of extremely forward thinking individuals lead by Graham O'Donnell and Professor Igor Shvets who grouped together to formulate a plan which would see Ireland become energy independant within 10 years and create thousands of jobs in the construction industry in the process. The plan involves the construction of wind farms on a massive scale together with hydro dams for the storage of the excess energy generated. Our thanks to William Fry for the generous food and wine reception which followed the presentation. Once again the turnout was excellent with 55 people in attendance.
