Minister seeks views on merger of RPA and NRA

Two of Ireland's most prominent state transport agencies will be merged within a year as part of the government's overhaul of state bodies. Now that the Regulatory Impact Analysis is complete the Minister is currently inviting proposals from interested parties on his plans to merge the National Roads Authority (NRA) and the Railway Procurement Agency(RPA).
