Arbitration Procedures 2011
The Arbitration Procedures have been ameneded to exploit the opportunity presented by the introduction of the Arbitration Act 2010 to streamline the arbitral process while at the same time providing for multi-party arbitrations and tribunals with more than one Arbitrator.
100 Day Arbitration Procedure 2011
For smaller and less complex disputes the Dispute Resolution Board has introduced a "100-Day Arbitration Procedure" as a mechanism for achieving faster and more efficient resolution of disputes.
Mediation Procedures 2011
The Dispute Resolution Board has also introduced new Mediation Procedures for use primarily in construction disputes
