We're thrilled to announce that our instructor, Eleni, is kindly offering this session to us at a discounted rate of only £5 per person!
Eleni is a 250h qualified Yoga teacher, trained in Vinyasa flow, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. With a love for dancing and community, she creates a safe and inclusive space that blends ancient wisdom practices and self expression. Eleni’s classes invite you to explore the connection between movement, breath and mindfulness, helping you reconnect with your body and cultivate inner balance.
This session will include a vinyasa yoga class working at a slower pace with therapeutic sequences that allow you to connect with your breath and release tension. You will engage in a series of postures, seamlessly connected by transitions, creating a continuous flow to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. This session will leave you feeling centred and refreshed!
