A Building Contract Refresher - Don't take your precedents for granted will be presented by Emma Baker from Voisin Law.
This CPD session will be a refresher on key considerations when using Standard Forms of Building Contracts in Jersey and what we can expect from JCT's upcoming 2024 suite.
The presentation will begin at 12.30pm and will be approximately 1 hour with the opportunity for questions to follow. Tickets include a light lunch so please email jersey@nawic.co.uk if you have any queries or dietary requirements.
