We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new NAWIC website which has been developed to enable you, our members and allies, to access all the news, events and contact information you need, all in one place.
So what’s new?
You may have already noticed that we have simplified the home page so that key news and items of interest are displayed on a rolling banner, with a snapshot of our next three upcoming events displayed underneath. The website menu structure is more user-friendly so it is quicker and easier to navigate to what you need, while the clean design is also optimised for tablet and mobile use, meaning you can check out the latest from NAWIC whilst on the go.
The most notable functional change is that you are now able to make NAWIC event bookings, membership registrations and renewals entirely through the website. You can also control which regional newsletters you are signed up for directly from the Newsletter Subscription page.
A new feature just for our subscribed members is the ability to access a membership directory, within the Members Area menu which is revealed after logging in. Inclusion in the directory is entirely optional, but includes benefits such as connecting with other members after events and reaching out for advice to a wide network of expertise.
Behind the scenes our upgraded website offers a far more intuitive interface for adding and editing content, making it easier for our regional committees to regularly update you with their latest news.
We will continue to improve the website, add relevant content and connect with industry partners to better serve our community and offer our members maximum benefit.
Feel free to send us your queries and suggestions, and please remember to spread the word to any colleagues and friends who would be interested to hear about NAWIC. We are always open to exploring opportunities for collaboration, so please get in touch if you are an individual or organisation with an idea.
We look forward to seeing you online and eventually in person!
All the best from the NAWIC UK & Ireland committees
